Who are we?
Reeno - Founder of Vintiik.ee
Furnishing my new home I found it extremely difficult to find good quality vintage items in our region (Estonia).
This started a journey of building vintiik.ee and finding most efficient ways to import and restore vintage furniture.
In 2022 I quit my full time job as a IT Product Manager and made a commitment to Vintiik. Today I do everything what is needed to keep it running. Including hunting for new items, managing online store, restoration work, photography, packing, shipping, customer communication, marketing. The list goes on…
Ingemar - Restoration & consultany
In order to improve our quality of items sold, we partnered up with Tartu Restoration Center and its restorator, Ingemar Maasikmäe.
Ingemar is a professional restorator, who has completed furniture restoration & conservation studies in Pallas, University of Applied Sciences in Estonia.
Today he is helping us part-time with restorations and consultancy. We wish we could have him full-time, but he has his own restoration business and he is also a lecturer in Pallas University.

Sourcing
We have established a wide network of contacts and facilities to pick-up, store and ship items from all over Europe.
If you are unable to find desired item from our selection, please contact me reeno@vintiik.ee and describe your needs. We may be able to help with finding, shipping and restoring your dream item.
Restoration
We have now gained years of experience restoring specifically 1960-70s vintage items.
While some items are already in good original condition, others may need repair work or refinishing work.
We have partnered up with Tartu Restoration center to make sure we have the right methods and skills to fix furniture.
Re-upholstery
We are able to work with you on upholstery options using help from third parties. We have some fabrics on site and we can give you professional advice on selecting fabrics for each item. All work is done by industry professionals.
Packing and shipping
Vintage items need special care when it comes to shipping. We always pack items very carefully using cardboard and plastic. If possible, we disassemble and assemble items to reduce the risk of damage.
